Our Preventative Maintenance Agreements keep your heating and cooling system running efficiently and helps to prevent costly breakdowns before they occur. Proper “clean and checks” will pay for the cost of the annual agreement with the money you save by operating more efficiently. This energy savings will be reflected in a lower utility bill. Preventative maintenance reduces wear and tear on the equipment. Maintenance also keeps your equipment operating safely and prolongs the life of your system. You maintain your body and your vehicle, so why would you not maintain your air conditioning and heating system.
The Maintenance contract includes two inspections per year, as detailed below.
Fall / Winter Inspection
- Check thermostat calibration
- Clean and adjust all safety controls
- Clean burners and controls
- Clean and adjust pilot assembly
- Adjust burners for efficiency
- Check for gas leaks in furnace
- Lubricate moving parts, if applicable
- Check belt and adjust tension
- Check filters in system
- Check flue pipe and draft diverter
- Check fan control
- Check overall furnace cycle
- Make necessary recommendations
Spring / Summer Inspection

Additional Benefits
A Maintenance Agreement also entitles the homeowner to a 10% discount on parts on any other service calls during the year and a 5% discount off system equipment replacement.
Routine maintenance inspections are performed during regular business hours.
